Our return & exchange policy is designed to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase from CoverAnything.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact our team or use the resources on our website so we can address any concerns you have about your purchase. Due to our wide selection of products offered, the policies may be different for each product. Please be sure to read and understand the policy for the exact product you purchase.
We guarantee that the product you order will (1) arrive in new condition, (2) be free of defects, and (3) cover the item (vehicle, boat, etc.) for which it was ordered. If your item does not fit these criteria you must contact us within 30 days of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. After 30 days we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
Any defects or damage reported to us after the initial 30 day return period will be processed as a warranty claim. Any and all issues related to how the cover fits must be addressed in the initial 30 day return period and cannot be remedied by a warranty claim.
Certain items cannot be returned due to being custom or made-to-order and will be indicated as such on the product page. This exclusion applies to Covercraft® Custom Covers and Westland® Exact-Fit Boat Covers. This policy on custom items does not apply if the error was due to incorrect manufacturing by CoverAnything or our vendor partners.
Our products make excellent gifts for the holidays. We extend our return policy for any orders placed between the Friday after Thanksgiving ("Black Friday") until December 25. Any order placed between those dates will be able to be returned for a full refund, minus any applicable fees, until February 15th of the following year.

All CoverAnything covers are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the prorated periods listed below for each material. If a defect arises during the warranty period, CoverAnything will repair or replace the cover based on the prorated schedule for the material. Receipt of proof of purchase must be presented for any warranty claim. Please keep your receipt and any tags removed from your product. Product may be required to be returned to retailer prior to receiving the warranty replacement.
Any limitations of liability in this warranty will not apply to (i) death or personal injury pursuant to any state product liability law; (ii) fraud or misrepresentation; or (iii) intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Any damages claim based on gross negligence will be limited to foreseeable damage typical for the product concerned.
This limited warranty does not cover wear, soiling, shrinkage, or stains from normal usage and care. Fading, which occurs in all dyed fabrics, does not affect the performance of the cover and is not covered under warranty. The product must be properly secured, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended. Upon inspection, manufacturer maintains the exclusive right to repair or replace the product within the published warranty period in its sole and absolute discretion. Issues that are not covered by the warranty include, but are not limited to, any extraordinary acts of nature such as severe storms, high winds, hail, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, freezing rain, and ice, or damage caused by animals or pets. Damage caused by water pooling on the cover and/or water intrusion is not covered by this warranty. In addition, any abuse or negligent use of product as determined by the manufacturer is not covered under the limited warranty. When possible and as a courtesy, manufacturer will attempt to repair damaged covers at a reduced cost, upon customer approval and request.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States and Canada. There are no hoops to jump through and no hidden fees. Orders typically ship within 24 hours after they're placed, via UPS or FedEx.
Orders within the United States typically arrive within 3 Business Days for in-stock items, while shipments to Canada usually take 7-10 business days. Expedited shipping options, like UPS Next-Day, are available at an additional cost and will be reflected at checkout.
While orders to Canada are eligible for FREE Shipping, customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the Canadian government upon receipt.
