Will I be charged sales tax?

We do charge sales tax for states that require us to do so. If your state requires sales tax collection, it will be automatically charged during checkout. If you feel you were incorrectly charged sales tax, please contact our team so we can get it corrected for you.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

We know our customers are excited to receive their item, so we process orders quickly. To modify or cancel an order, contact us within 4 hours of placing your order to submit your modification or cancellation request. For items that been processed and/or are in possession by our shipping carrier(s), there may be change fees and/or restocking fees required.

Do you offer a price matching guarantee?

Help! I can't find my model on your site?

We work hard to have the most comprehensive model lists available, but sometimes we miss more unique or rare models. If you cannot find your model we still have a cover that will work for it. Just give us a call at 888-854-5868 and let one of our experts assist you!

We strive to have every possible vehicle, boat, etc on our site...but sometimes we miss! If that's the case, please give us a call and one of our experts can choose the right cover to fit perfectly.

Where are your products made?

We proudly offer American-made products by partners such as Westland® and Covercraft®. Purchasing one of these quality covers supports American workers and communities.

We also offer products and accessories manufactured internationally in order to offer customers competitive pricing. All of our products undergo rigorous quality testing to guarantee you will receive a quality product you can be proud of.

Are your products in stock?

Absolutely! We know you want your product quickly, so the majority of our products are in-stock and ready to ship. These will be indicated by a "Ready To Ship" icon on the product information page.

For products that need to be customized before shipping, look for the "Custom Made" icon on the product page. Typically made-to-order items ship within one week of ordering.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over $50. Flat rate shipping for orders under $50 will be indicated on the checkout page, and depend on the delivery address.

How should I store my cover?

Utilizing a quality storage bag to stuff your cover in between uses helps protect the cover from damage. We recommend only storing your cover in the storage bag if the cover is dry in order to prevent mildew or mold.

If storing for an extended period, you should clean any debris from the cover and ensure the cover is completely dry. Neatly fold the cover and place in the storage bag.

How long does it take to ship?

Most of our orders ship the same day or next morning (business days) from our warehouse. Custom orders for Westland® and Covercraft® are made-to-order and those lead times will be indicated on the product page so you're fully informed on how long your product will take to receive.

How do I track my order?

Once your item(s) are shipped, we will email you a tracking number to follow it's progress. You can also sign into your order status page to see the latest updates.

Do you make custom covers?

Our custom covers are what differentiates us from our competitors. They only offer generic or "universal fit" covers. We offer custom-made, exact-fit covers designed to fit perfectly, providing you with the best protection available.

What happens if my item is back ordered?

All of our items are in stock and ready to ship. However, in the rare case that an item is back ordered, you will be notified via email and given options to replace the item with an upgraded cover or receive a full refund to your payment method.

How can I keep my cover from being stolen?

Properly securing your cover with a cable & lock kit will make removal difficult for a thief. Additional steps you can take are parking in areas where people can see your vehicle and near street lighting. Unfortunately, covers do get stolen; if this happens to you call us and we'll provide a coupon code to reduce the cost of the replacement cover.

How often should I clean my cover?

Regular cleanings are important in order to keep grime and dirt off of your vehicle. The best way to clean a cover is while it is installed on your vehicle. Use a mild cleaner such as Simple Green and a soft bristle brush to gently clean the surface of the cover. You can leave the cover installed and let the cover air dry on the vehicle.

DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR DRY YOUR COVER. This will void the warranty and could cause your cover to shrink.

After cleaning, we recommend using a water repellent spray to re-coat the material to ensure many more years of trouble free use.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

Our simple 30-day Return & Exchange Policy is designed to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase from CoverAnything.com. Please review our policy page for the details on returning or exchanging your purchase.

Can I return my cover for a refund?

Please contact our team within 30 days of receiving the product to begin a return. We are unable to accept returns outside of the 30-day period. Specific questions about our return policy can be found here.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Your refund will be issued once we receive your item(s) back at our warehouse. Please be sure to return your item using the provided shipping label in order to expedite your refund.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Contact our team to begin your warranty claim.

Can I exchange my cover if it does not fit?

To exchange your item, contact our team within 30 days of receiving the product and we'll set up the product exchange. We'll ask a few questions to find out where the fit problems are and find you a cover that will fit just right. Once your orignal purchase is returned, your new item will ship out automatically.

How is my refund amount calculated?

You will receive the amount paid for each returned item (excluding any shipping costs you may have paid). If a prepaid return shipping label is selected, that amount will be deducted from the refund total. The price for the prepaid return label will be provided to you upon request during the return process. Prepaid shipping labels are not available for international orders and return postage must be paid by the customer.

Items returned in original condition will never incur a restocking fee. However, Items returned with excessive soiling, customer-caused damage, or in oversized packaging will incur a restocking fee to offset the cost of handling such items.

Your price dropped, can you honor the new price?

Please contact us prior to your item shipping and we'll apply the current pricing to your order. Requests for pricing changes after an order has shipped cannot be approved.

What does your warranty cover?

All CoverAnything covers are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. This limited warranty does not cover wear, soiling, shrinkage, or stains from normal usage and care. Fading, which occurs in all dyed fabrics, does not affect the performance of the cover and is not covered under warranty. The product must be properly secured, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended. Please review our warranty policy.

Do you accept international orders?

We ship quality covers worldwide. If you are unable to checkout in your location via our website's checkout page, please contact our team and we can assist you with your order and shipping.

Is shipping to Canada free?

Yes, you read that right! All orders over $50 ship free to Canada.

Are prices on your site in US or Canadian Dollars?

The prices on our website are in US Dollars ($).

How much are duties/taxes for Canadian orders?

Duties and taxes are determined by the Canadian government and your local government rates. For some locations our system will calculate these during checkout, but for other locations the carrier will collect duties and taxes upon delivery.
